“Whatever you may have thought of Estate Agents in the past, Banfields have blown ALL those myths clean out of the water. Not only were they patient in waiting for my instructions, they were professional, friendly and well organised in everything else. From the time the house was put on the market to time of completion was 74 days (there were other factors involved here, e.g. no chain and the keenness of the buyers to purchase). And considering I was suffering a bereavement at the time, very sensitive to how they handled things. I cannot praise them enough and whatever PaigeWaterhouse is on, I want some!
