Fiona Banfield
Director
As the founder and director of Banfield Estate Agents, I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve created — not just a successful business, but a close-knit, passionate team that genuinely cares about people, their homes, and their journeys. After working for Donald Beale early in my career, I was fortunate enough to take on his beautiful 1912 premises, The Estates Office, and in 2001, launched Banfield Estate Agents. From the very beginning, my goal was to build an agency that put people first — one where relationships, trust, and genuine care come before anything else.
What I love most about this profession is the connections it brings. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with so many wonderful clients, many of whom have become long-standing friends. Seeing familiar faces return to us time and again or helping the next generation of families find their homes, is what truly makes my job so special.
I’m passionate about maintaining the warmth, honesty, and professionalism that define Banfield’s. Whether I’m supporting my team, meeting new clients, or welcoming old friends back through the doors, I feel incredibly fortunate to do what I love every single day — surrounded by people who share that same passion.
And when I’m not in the office, you’ll most likely find me enjoying the local countryside, spending time with family, or out and about in the community that has supported me — and Banfield’s — from the very start.
FUN FACT: I’m the proud owner of the Banfield security team (my dogs) and an honorary mad cat lady.
Jules Greenhow
Sales Manager
As the Sales Manager, I am normally the first visual contact, working on forging long lasting relationships from the beginning, understanding your unique needs, and crafting personalized lifestyle descriptions. I’m happy to dive into building relationships with properties of all shapes and sizes from charming houses, rustic barns, oasts to stylish maisonettes and cozy apartments for Robyn and Rebecca to successfully find buyers.
I must confess, I can be a bit of a high-energy conversationalist (enthusiastic is my favourite word!). You’ll often find me ringing the bell with the team, celebrating our successes while we all sing along. It’s all about creating a fun, positive atmosphere!
Of course, I’m lucky to have Georgina and Rebecca by my side, keeping everything in check and ensuring all the legal documents are in place for sales progression.

Catherine Mann
Lettings Manager
As the Lettings Manager here at Banfield’s, I’m lucky to say that I truly love what I do — and who I do it with! Our team is more than just colleagues; we’re great friends, and that makes coming to work each day such a positive experience.
I hold a MARLA qualification (Member of ARLA Property mark), which means I’m fully trained and up to date with industry standards and legislation. This allows me to give our landlords and tenants the highest level of professional advice and support — something I’m really passionate about.
One of the things I love most is the buzz of matching the right tenants to the right properties. There’s nothing more satisfying than knowing I’ve helped someone find their ideal home. I also take pride in building strong, lasting relationships with our landlords and tenants. For me, it’s all about trust, communication, and making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
And of course… I love cake. So if you visit the office, don’t be surprised if you find me with a slice (or two) nearby!
FUN FACT: I love an adrenaline rush — my most recent was wing walking.
Robyn Landreth
Sales Negotiator
As one of the Sales Negotiators here at Banfield’s, I thrive on working in our dynamic team of woman — the energy, support, and collaboration we share makes every day exciting.
I work closely with Jules, our Sales Manager. Once she brings a property to market, I take the lead in matching it with the right buyer, making those perfect connections is one of the most rewarding parts of my role. One of my favourite aspects of the job is the creative side of property marketing, especially using social media to connect with clients and showcase homes in a fresh, engaging way. I love how it allows us to tell each property’s story and really bring it to life.
For me, it’s all about relationships. I take pride in building trust with clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through some of life’s biggest decisions. There’s nothing more rewarding than helping someone find their perfect home.
FUN FACT: Before starting my career, I traded textbooks for a backpack and travelled around Southeast Asia.
Kelly Harris
Accounts/Lettings
I have been part of the Banfield’s team since 2010, I’ve built strong relationships with both our landlords and tenants, many of whom I’ve had the pleasure of working with for several years.
My role covers both accounts and lettings, so I’m involved in a wide range of tasks — from managing rental payments and handling financial queries to helping tenants settle in and supporting landlords throughout the lettings process.
What I enjoy most is the variety of the role and the relationships I get to build along the way. No two days are the same, and whether I’m solving a problem or simply offering guidance, I find it really rewarding to help people feel supported and confident in the process.
Being part of such a dedicated, friendly team at Banfield’s makes coming to work every day a real pleasure. I’m proud to contribute to a business that genuinely values its clients and goes the extra mile to deliver excellent service.
Fun fact: My two children provide a daily dose of laughter in the office — I’ve always got a new story to share.
Rebecca Faint
Sales Negotiator/Sales Progressor
As part of the sales team here at Banfield’s, my role combines two key areas: sales progression and sales negotiation. It means I’m involved in every stage of the journey — from helping buyers find the right property, to making sure the sale moves smoothly all the way through to completion.
I love being part of such an experienced, supportive team, where no two days are ever the same. One moment I’m negotiating an offer, the next I’m chasing up solicitors or keeping clients updated on the progress of their sale. It’s a fast-paced environment, but that’s exactly what makes it so rewarding.
Communication is at the heart of what I do — whether it’s guiding buyers and sellers through the process or working behind the scenes to keep everything on track. There’s nothing better than handing over the keys on completion day, knowing you’ve helped make the experience as stress-free as possible.
FUN FACT: I’ve got a bit of a competitive streak — I played lacrosse for Sussex.
Georgina Price
Sales Progressor
As a Sales Progressor, I act as the key point of contact between all parties involved in the sale or purchase of your property. That includes buyers, sellers, solicitors, surveyors, mortgage advisors, and of course, our own sales team.
My role is to make sure everything is progressing as it should, deadlines are being met, and any issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently. I’m here to offer support, advice, and regular updates every step of the way. Whether it’s explaining parts of the process that feel confusing, chasing outstanding documents, or simply being a friendly voice at the end of the phone, I’m here to make things easier for you.
No two transactions are ever the same, and that’s what I love about my role. Every client is different, every sale has its own unique challenges, and I take pride in being able to solve problems, keep communication flowing, and get results. I’m persistent, proactive, and passionate about seeing things through to completion.
Security Team
They might not handle property valuations or negotiate offers, but our Security Team play a vital role in the day-to-day running of Banfield’s.
Always on high alert for biscuit crumbs and suspicious-looking postmen, they take their duties seriously…providing a warm welcome to visitors, keeping the team company during busy days, and boosting team morale with tail wags and puppy-dog eyes.
Whether they’re curled up under desks during meetings or “supervising” viewings from the office window, their presence brings a sense of calm, comfort, and joy to both our team and our clients. And let’s be honest, who wouldn’t want to discuss property with a dog at their feet?
While they may not be MARLA qualified, they’re experts in loyalty, love, and lunchtime patrols. We wouldn’t be without them!
